As leaders, we are obliged to achieve greatness in all facets of our lives. Greatness is a term which is often used synonymously with excellence, quality, and distinction. From a leadership perspective, greatness speaks to how effective we are at influencing others to accomplish an objective. Achieving greatness occurs by deliberately modeling a commitment to relinquish mediocrity. Everyone is motivated to do or value whatever they believe will make us effective or successful. It is the summation of leadership by individuals that makes an organization great. What are your responsibilities as an organizational member to ensure the attainment of greatness within the Blue Devil Battalion?
greatness will help me accomplish any goal that i have. it will also help me achieve my goals to my fullest abilities. greatness will also ensure that i have all the tools for success
ReplyDeleteMy responsibilities as an JROTC cadet include treating others with respect while motivating them to do their best within our program. Also, these responsibilities include giving MY best and SHOWING it in a way that influences others. Finally, getting better in everything I do in order to show the success the program has brought on me.
ReplyDeleteMy responsibilities as the Battalion S-1 is to treat everyone nicely and not unfair and help motivate some people who are lacking or need help to accomplish their goals while trying to accomplish my goals for the Battalion to be at its fullest level of greatness.
ReplyDeleteThings such as saying your doing a really good job or just helping cadets with things they need, are ways i can show greatness as a developing leader.Not just bossing people around cause they will never look at you as a great figure or someone they can come to. 6th
ReplyDeleteFor the first part is talking about living life your way. For one that can effect how the outcome of a mission my turn out. For me being part of a organization is like a second family. You have a part to play in it but you got people to help you out with it. Everything comes out better when the whole group does there part to the fullest. You present your self as a part of something bigger then you. You always gotta thing how it will effect people and your life.
ReplyDeleteMy responsibilities as a cadet is to be leader. Also i should treat everyone with respect and just be active in the class to set a good example for the LET 1's. These are my responsibilities as a cadet.
ReplyDeleteMy responsibilities as the Battalion S-2 is the security all cadet stuff. Also make sure, every cadet accomplish their goal, mission and motivate as great leadership.
ReplyDeleteMy responsibilities as a cadet and as a leader is to set the perfect example at all times, encourage other cadets to become involved and dedicated to anything positive they wish to achieve in the Battalion, and to maintain the highest standards for all the active members of any teams to achieve overall greatness and pride in the unit. To me, leadership is also based on: motivation, dedication, skill, and pride.
ReplyDeleteAs Battalion Commander of our program, I have great and many responsibilities such as motivation of other cadets, being in charge of the more executive decisions, and watching over the well-being of the program. I also need to make sure everyone is doing their job and that what needs to get done happens. From day one, I have set my mind to fulfilling my responsibilities and my duties no matter what.

ReplyDeleteMy responsibilities as a cadet is to treat others with respect. And give all peers my undivided attention. I need to be focus and be prepaired for all that is coming in the future. And just be a perfect example to others as i go through the program.
ReplyDeleteAs a leader my responsability is to make sure everyone is doing what they are doing in my company but noone will follow orders if you don't show respect and profesionalism. You can try bossing them around and it might help get them on task but they will never look up to you as a leader.
